Stanley I. Magidson '66

Stanley I. Magidson ’66 died February 17, 2010 in Morristown, New Jersey. “He served in the Merchant Marine during the Vietnam War on ships that carried explosives from Europe to Vietnam.

He earned his master’s degree from the Bernard Baruch College of the City University of New York and then worked for Exxon as a project manager for all maintenance and repair on their oil supertankers.”

He co-founded a company called Genesis America that manufactured and distributed water distillers. He was a member of Morristown Jewish Center Beit Yisrael and a member of the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers. He is survived by his wife, Jill, and a son and daughter.
